Esther is a Specialist Leader in Education, having facilitated sustainable improvements in a range of schools alongside coaching NQTs in partnership with local universities.

She is thoroughly enjoying working internationally at The British School of Brussels, teaching and leading a large Early Years Sector from 1 to 5 year olds. The team are passionate about providing a curriculum that promotes and develops resilience; confidence; high involvement levels and critical thinking through child centred inquiry led learning. She has also led in the role of Innovation Leader across Primary developing ideas around playful pedagogy beyond EYFS.
