Nancy Lhoest-Squicciarini is the Lead Facilitator and Trainer for ECIS and also provides trainings for the Principals’ Training Center (PTC) and Council of International School’s Online Evaluator’s course. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, which is a worldwide community promoting excellence in the use of professional group process facilitation to create engagement and impact. Nancy is the host for the #ISLECISLoft which promotes unique insights into current issues that international educators are experiencing.

With over 35 years of experience as an educator, her previous roles include being Head of Community Relations, Assistant Principal responsible for Teaching & Learning and Professional Development, Head of Department for IB Group 1, and a Middle School teacher. Nancy is one of the network leaders for WomenEd network in Luxembourg and is also the Chair of the ECIS “Women in Education” Special Interest Group. In 2022, ISC Research recognized Nancy as an #Edruptor, a highly rated social media influencer within international education.
