Leigh Richards

Speaker Summary

Leigh has worked at Q3 Academy for 10 years where she has taken on various roles including Family Support Worker and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Leigh is currently The Director of Safeguarding and Welfare for the whole school and overseer’s all the support that the students receive. She is passionate about making sure the students feel safe and supported not just in their learning but with their emotional and mental health too so that they are able to leave school as aspiring, strong, independent individuals.
