Dr Victoria Carr has been a key note speaker at a wide range of military and educational leadership events, and lectured part time at Master’s degree level on several Leadership programmes in a number of universities. She has 2 MAs: one in Equality and Diversity, the other in Leadership and has just completed a third MA in Military History. Her doctorate is in neoliberalism, leadership and politics in the educational domain. Her first book, Leading with Love, is a journey through her leadership development and how each of us can develop our own authentic leadership narrative.
