Dr Michelle Jayman

Speaker Summary

Michelle is a Chartered Psychologist and an academic in the School of Psychology at the University of Roehampton. She is a founder member and Convenor of the British Educational Research Association Mental Health, Wellbeing and Education Special Interest Group and a Champion for the British Psychological Society Education Section. Her research interests include children’s socio-emotional development and interventions to support mental wellbeing. In 2021 she co-authored Supporting New Digital Natives: Children’s Mental Health and Wellbeing in at Hi-Tech Age. Michelle is currently working on a new book, Frontline School Support for Children and Young People in Educational Research and Practice.
