Rob Webster is an internationally-recognised expert on teaching assistants (TAs). He was a key member of the team that conducted the world’s largest research study of TA deployment and impact. Rob created the award-winning Maximising the Impact of Teaching Assistants programme, which has been accessed by thousands of UK schools. He has written extensively on TAs and inclusion. His latest book on the everyday school experiences of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities, The Inclusion Illusion, is free to download via UCL Press.
