Growing up as a third culture kid across Africa and Europe, Pepa developed a deep appreciation for culture and early childhood education. This passion led her to study Social Anthropology and Education. For over 20 years, she has been an Early Years teacher, with the last 14 years spent in Bangkok, and is dedicated to integrating sustainability into the early years curriculum.

Fascinated by the challenge of conveying such a complex concept to young children, Pepa has developed innovative approaches, with storytelling serving as a cornerstone of her teaching methodology.
