Katie Novak, Ed.D., is an internationally renowned education consultant and prolific author. She’s also a graduate instructor at the University of Pennsylvania and a former Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Massachusetts, both USA. With 19 years of teaching and administration experience and an earned doctorate in curriculum and teaching, Katie designs and presents workshops nationally and internationally focusing on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the implementation of inclusive practices, and universally designed leadership. Katie’s mission is to give all educators and learners the tools and strategies they need to be successful. She works to empower educators and transform organizations, to ensure that all learners have the opportunity to learn and achieve.
