As National Education Lead for Create Development, Jonny is part of a team which supports English and maths in colleges across the North of England.

A former English teacher and leader in schools and Further Education, Jonny has led successful English, maths and Teaching and Learning teams, achieving national best results along the way. Additionally, Jonny works as a lead English expert for AQA and has worked as an NPQ facilitator, author, charity advisor and school governor. His book, ‘Improving English and maths in Further Education – A Practical Guide’, was released in June 2021.
