Haili Hughes

Speaker Summary

Haili Hughes is Head of Education at IRIS Connect and Principal Lecturer in professional development and mentoring at the University of Sunderland. She has completed three Master’s degrees and is now doing a Doctorate in Education. She is passionate about mentoring and retaining teachers. In addition to delivering mentor CPD across the world, she also delivers the Early Career Framework and NPQLTD and works with universities, schools and colleges on staff development. She’s written three books and is working on the fourth and fifth.
