He is one of the first to have contributed to the establishment of the School Review Unit in (BQA), where he was a Lead Reviewer.

He is one of the leading contributors to the School Improvement Projects to improve the performance of government schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He provides consultancy services to ensure and improve the quality of educational in Bahrain and the GCC, where he brings many international best practices to the region.
