He is the co-author, with TLAC colleagues, of Practice Perfect, Reading Reconsidered, Teaching in the Online Classroom, and Reconnect. He is Chief Knowledge Officer & Founder of the organisation Teach like a Champion whose mission is to dramatically improve teaching through the study of exceptional teachers.
