Charlie is an education leadership coach and trainer, specialising in supporting organisational, team and individual change.
He offers 15 years of leadership, coaching and training experience, with a background that spans the education, voluntary and commercial sectors. He has worked and lived in the UK, Europe and South America. Individuals and schools create sustainable change as a result of his rigorous processes, respectful challenges and empathetic support. He has worked with students as their mentor, with staff and leadership teams as their coach.
Charlie is engaged by state and independent schools to provide:
-Coaching for head teachers and leadership teams: 1:1 or in groups
-Design and delivery of coaching skills programmes, including ILM accredited qualifications
-Providing training on memory skills, motivation, optimism, growth mindsets
In addition to his coaching work, Charlie also runs Love Your Coaching, which is an approved Institute of Leadership and Management centre. Participants are either new coaches, studying the level 5 qualification, or experienced coaches studying the advanced level 7 course. He is an International Coach Federation accredited coach, having completed over 750 hours of coaching.

Charlie is also involved with educational organisations including Osiris Educational and IAPS, where he delivers training and coaching. Since 2015 he has been involved in a programme endorsed by Professor Carol Dweck. In the programme, schools are supported to develop expertise in this area, carry out action research and implement new processes that are fully learner centred.
