The traditional one-teacher, one-classroom paradigm that has defined an educator’s role for decades no longer adequately serves learners or educators. Across the United States, schools are designing and implementing innovative team-teaching models that deepen and personalize learning for students and create new opportunities for role differentiation and specialization for educators.
