I am Bhawna Sajnani, an educator driven by a deep passion for digital innovation and transformative learning experiences. With extensive leadership roles, including Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at GEMS Legacy School, Cluster Digital Lead and Cluster Innovation Lead, I have successfully led the school to become a Microsoft Showcase School and a Common Sense Media Certified School. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, MIEE Fellow, Microsoft Technology Associate, and Apple Teacher, I continuously strive for excellence in integrating technology and progressive methods in education. My expertise has been recognized through keynote speaking engagements at prestigious events like the Middle East edx summit 2022 BII World on Enhancing Education Experiences via progressive methods and systems, Speaker at World Education Summit 2023 on Technology Powered Transformative Learning Experiences, and speaker at DTOps on Focusing on operational excellence in digital transformation.

Having attended renowned conferences including the Dubai Fintech Summit, World AI Show, and Digital Transformation conferences, I am constantly seeking knowledge to stay at the forefront of educational advancements. I am honored to be part of the UAE AI Task Force and am passionate about driving operational excellence in digital transformation.

I am honored to have received the Innovative Teacher of the Year Award from Education Excellence, Global School Award in Innovation Category, 50 Women in Education Leadership Award, Issued by Dr R L Bhatia World CSR Day, recognized by the Indian Consulate, Best Teacher Award on International Teachers Day, a distinct honor bestowed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and Mariamma Varkey Award for inspirational and Outstanding Teaching at GEMS.

I am dedicated to driving operational excellence in digital transformation, as evidenced by my participation in events such as DTOps, Dubai Fintech Summit, World AI Show, and Digital Transformation conferences. Currently, I am leading innovative student projects aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, EXPO 2020 themes, and the UAE’s vision of a sustainable and SMART nation.
