This talk by the Founder shares why A21 exists, the need it meets, and the work done to develop an OPTIMISED school model that will change children’s lives. My session will explain our revolutionary educational approach to learning with the following 5 key takeaways:
1. How to amplify student voice and choice through a democratic system.
2. How to weave a cross-curricular approach to project-based learning.
3. How to develop the dispositions of a life-long learner through classroom routines.
4. Self-directed learning affords specific time for pupils to learn and get better at something they are passionate about.
5. I will explain how we develop a culture of self-adjustment amongst teachers which mirrors the pupil model.
