Session Description
Following on from last year’s presentation Step on to the BRIDGE we have now completed our Erasmus-funded project and show the results of the database we created of children’s picture books and open source databases that can be used to enhance information and digital literacy through critical thinking, inclusion and diversity. Six countries took part in researching and developing this multilingual portal for 8-10-year-olds – Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Finland and the UK. It is now freely available and has supporting training material which will be offered at this session. The database will be live from the end of 2023 and will be accessed from our existing site
