When the teacher is driven by his passion, that passion acts as his motivation and inspiration in his darkest time. Teachers, like other humans, need help in finding their highest value in life, as finding it will give a quantum change and universal understanding of what their goal in life is there for giving them the ability to do their passion (job) in the best way possible, furthermore creating a quantum leap in the quality of the education system and adding unparalleled value to the student. High educational quality aims to produce an individual who appreciates life & has a strong personality who can face life’s hardships, then the educator himself who is responsible for the students must be happy and passionate to uphold this high responsibility of the future. For the educator to achieve happiness in his job he must have some characteristics like being driven from within as external motivation is short-term & etc. Understanding this process and using this model we have helped the educator find and utilize innovative and useful teaching and learning methods and strategies that have reflected on the quality of the students ’ achievements and the educational system overall. Utilizing this process and model has changed and helped schools and teachers meet and exceed the educational standards set by BQA.
