The session will provide leaders and teachers with insight into the current STEM skills market in the UK and the need for more diversity. The session will also detail how our organisation works with young girls in schools from BME backgrounds to shatter glass ceilings in STEM. Lastly, the session will provide information on how our organisation addresses the STEM skills shortage in the workplace.
