Session Description
Oppidan’s peer mentoring programme reaches thousands of students a year, in the UK and beyond. We train students to mentor their younger peers by utilising the skills builder framework and Oxford character project as key learning structures. The session will focus on why and how peer mentoring is important and feature recent case studies from the UK, Ghana, Spain and South Korea.
