Compassion, and its related emotions and mindsets, have always been a core part of effective education. We may have pushed it aside in our desire to run our schools more like a business but it’s always been there. In this session, we will outline why compassion is key and what understanding and managing our emotions means. We will focus on key mindsets that help us become more self-aware and self-efficacious and our schools more effective and efficient.
