Session Description

Thomas’s Putney Vale has recently introduced an interdisciplinary learning period where teachers work in teams to plan and teach a structured inquiry that allows students to respond to a big question that connects their subject disciplines. This allows students to use their subject-based learning to create solutions to global problems, working collaboratively to experience a way of working that more accurately reflects the world of work than many traditional school-based practices do.
