According to research, ‘teachers working in schools with more supportive professional environments continued to improve significantly after three years, while teachers in the least supportive schools declined in their effectiveness’. This session will explore the key leadership behaviours, processes, and strategies that strengthen the environment and culture for sustainable teacher development.
