Session Description
We all know having difficult conversations is an essential part of leadership in any school. But this doesn’t make having them any easier. This session will include some practical techniques that will make these conversations both easier and more effective. The content is based on Andy’s extensive experience of leadership in schools spanning over 25 years, as well as the work of Susan Scott, author of “Fierce Conversations”, Kim Scott and her book “Radical Candour” and the “The Oz Principle” by Connors et al.
