A bespoke seminar on personal and professional development based around the theme of leadership. Starting with ‘self’ leadership and then moving into more depth about leading others.
Based on the key themes of having a compass (for life) and map to help you set your vision and then break your journey into milestones; whilst also looking at personal and organisational culture and stepping into the pressure zone to lead to rapid progress.
