This session is focused on helping educators, teachers, administrators and all those working with youth on successful strategies, mindset and proven tactics that have helped me to successfully empower youth for over a decade. Youth today need mentorship, proper leadership and connection more than ever. They are living in an era where they are so connected, yet disconnected from their greatest future self. This session is about how we, as mentors and current leaders, can help shape them into the person they may not know they can be and how we are to cultivate the skills to lead them through Radical Empathy.
