Education for Sustainability: Kopila Valley School in Nepal

  • - Food and nutrition are crucial aspects while we provide the best education with a whole-person approach.
  • - Creating a sustainable food system starts with local procurement, empowering the local farmers, who can increase healthy food access for students and the community.
  • - Sustainable living is rooted in the knowledge of our environment and place; providing opportunities for students to know their place through place-based, outdoor, and experiential education should be an important part of the modern education system.
