Session Description

Collective efficacy is the shared belief that through their joint effort’s educators can realise collective impact. There are several ‘enemies of efficacy’ however, that pose a direct threat to educators’ sense of efficacy – some of which include negativity, isolation, and compliance. During this session, we will share simple strategies that school leaders can take to overcome these enemies to realise greater collective impact.
