Session Description

Leadership is contextual; to learn from our leaders as mentors and teachers yields the best results in an aligned vision within a school. Therefore, in 2020, our school set out to become a professional learning hub (PLH) with a dual vision: serve teachers with learning opportunities while providing reasons for staff to commit to the school long-term. Therefore, in this workshop, you will learn how to establish professional learning opportunities and partnerships that drive your mission and vision while securing opportunities for external and internal stakeholders to learn and stay connected. We will demonstrate how building with accredited partnerships can leverage mission and vision, drive external brand recognition, and create a revenue pathway for the school.
