This session challenges educators to consider not only the experiences that children and young people are having in school now but also the world they will be living in. Many students – and their teachers – are not doing so well and inequality is increasing year on year. Here we consider how the principles of Agency, Safety, Positivity, Inclusion, Respect and Equity provide a framework of hope and practical action that make a difference for both well-being and learning as well as the creation of a fairer, kinder, safer and more just society.
