Hannah is one of the foremost business psychologists in the UK and a passionate driver of social change in education with a focus on diversity and intersectionality. Her steadfast belief is that real, inclusive change only happens in schools when leaders are given the tools to understand and galvanise. She has been working across the education sector, developing behavioural competency frameworks, recruitment and assessment solutions, and pan diversity and inclusions strategies. As a committed LGBTQ+ activist, Hannah is creating better schools for a better tomorrow around the world.

Hannah started off her career solely as a qualified business psychologist. She is now the Director of one of the UK’s leading national education charities, as well as Director and Founder of LGBTed, a national LGBTQ+ network that aims to drive meaningful and sustainable social change through creating greater LGBTQ+ visibility in the education system. She is a member of the National Equality and Diversity for Education Forum, as well as an advisor for the Department of Education on the development of a national LGBTQ+ education strategy.
Her work with improving inclusion and diversity in organisations extends beyond the world of education, with some of the largest organisations in the UK seeking her advice, including: Sony Pictures Europe, the HM Treasury, Imperial College London, the Co-Op Group and the Office for Nuclear Regulation.
