Deborah Saunders is the Trust Improvement Officer at An Daras Trust, in the Southwest of England. She has around twenty years of experience in teaching at Primary Schools in Southampton., Plymouth and Cornwall. Deborah is the Visible Learning Lead for the Trust which obtained Partner School Status in 2019. Deborah has presented at the World Summit for the last two years and at other presentations. She also works as a County Moderator and facilitates on the NPQLT programme. She has championed the Visible Learning Programme within her Trust.
