Booking and Registration

I am the lead booking contact, how do I see my booking on the website?

You will need to login to My Account to see your booking page. You need to make sure you are using the same login details as when you purchased the tickets. If you have more than one email address, make sure you are using the correct one for the booking.

I have forgotten my login details, how do I access “My Account”?

Your username is the email address you made the booking with (you will have been sent a booking confirmation email). If you have forgotten your password, just click “Lost your Password?” on the “My Account” page and follow the instructions to reset it.

I am trying to upload a group of attendees for registration and my file list of attendees will not upload. What do I do?

Check your template is saved as a .CSV file and is completed as shown in the downloaded template example – all fields need to be completed correctly for every attendee as shown in the template. Also make sure you have not included more attendees on the file than you have purchased tickets for.

I am trying to upload a group of staff for registration, why is it not working?

Check that you do not have more people on your spreadsheet list than tickets you purchased. If you have purchased 100 tickets and try to upload 120 it will fail. Remove extra names and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please email worldedsummit@osiriseducational.co.uk.

Need more tickets? Please email worldedsummit@osiriseducational.co.uk and confirm how many extra tickets you wish to purchase.

How do I view or make changes to my confirmed attendees?

Login to your account and view the Attendees page. You can simply add another attendee to the page as long as it is withing the allocation of tickets. Alternatively, download your attendee list by selecting Download Template, amend it and upload again. It will take up to 15 mins for all attendees to be registered and receive an access code. Any already sent codes will not receive another one.

Once I am registered how long does it take to get my access code?

It should take around 15-20 mins for the system to transfer your details and send an email with access code.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

What are CEUs?

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are often among the criteria used by employers and licensing bodies to determine promotion, salary increase and credential renewal.  Arizona State University’s continuing education courses are designed to be accessible, outcomes-driven and evidence-based. They are a great way for educators and education leaders to translate Summit learnings into practical action that strengthens teaching and learning communities.

Who are CEUs available to?

CEUs are available to US citizens. It is the responsibility of the learner to independently verify whether the CEUs issued by Arizona State University will be accepted by their respective school, association, or board.

How can I access CEUs?

The learner must submit evidence of a minimum of 10 hours of attendance in WES sessions. This is evidenced by a learner report downloadable from WES, in addition to submission of a reflective assignment that includes the learner’s key takeaways from the sessions they participated in as well as an action plan for impact. The learner must meet the required criteria to earn the CEU.

How can I claim CEUs?

Participants will have the option to earn 1, 2, or 3 CEUs. The number of CEUs awarded will be based on the duration of the learning activity (1 CEU = 10 seat hours). Enrolment and payment for CEUs will be facilitated through Arizona State University’s Career Catalyst platform.
